okay forgive me if this is a dumb question or was already answered i tried to search around n didnt find anything but

is it just me or are dA and furaffinity's "full size" of deviations/submissions really crunchy and jpegged?? nothing looks like the full res even if i set it as such in the submission settings
i feel like on deviantart specifically that used to not be the case?? has anyone else noticed this? and if so do you know any way to fix this??? im really frustrated some of my drawings look extremely crunchy on here now :^(
